{"id":2848,"date":"2022-04-13T19:10:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T00:10:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gerardoduque.com.mx\/?p=2848"},"modified":"2022-04-13T19:10:14","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T00:10:14","slug":"secretaria-del-trabajo-busca-garantizar-condiciones-laborales-optimas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gerardoduque.com.mx\/?p=2848","title":{"rendered":"SECRETARIA DEL TRABAJO BUSCA GARANTIZAR CONDICIONES LABORALES \u00d3PTIMAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) haciendo uso de sus funciones se ha encargado de proteger los derechos de los trabajadores al realizar anualmente revisiones a las condiciones generales de las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aspectos como la seguridad, higiene, salario, horarios y el alta a un sistema de seguridad social, como lo marca la Ley Federal del Trabajo, son algunos de los rubros que supervisa el Gobierno del Estado. Estas revisiones se realizan de manera anual y aleatoriamente, no obstante, tambi\u00e9n se verifica por denuncia directa de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo al secretario del Trabajo en el Estado, N\u00e9stor Garza \u00c1lvarez, los centros de trabajo deben garantizar que sus instalaciones sean las adecuadas para el desempe\u00f1o de las actividades de su plantilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el funcionario inform\u00f3 a los trabajadores que la Procuradur\u00eda para la Defensa del Trabajo es el \u00e1rea responsable de dar asesor\u00eda legal gratuita, y para ello pueden acudir directamente en sus oficinas ubicadas en avenida Manuel J.
